About the Role
Homeli Architects is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in the interior design, modular furniture, architecture, home renovation, or real estate industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of converting qualified leads into confirmed projects while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all qualified leads generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads, website, WhatsApp, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and project scope.
- Conduct client meetings, design consultations, and site visits.
- Present company services, design process, materials, and project timelines.
- Prepare and explain quotations, BOQs, and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales professionally.
- Follow up with prospective customers until project confirmation.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams for a smooth project handover.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
- Upsell additional services and products whenever applicable.
Mandatory Requirements
- 1–5 years of sales experience in Interior Design, Modular Kitchen, Home Renovation, Architecture, Furniture, Construction, or Real Estate.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in handling premium residential interior projects is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
- Basic knowledge of interior design terminology and materials is preferred.
