We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who will be responsible for handling student inquiries, guiding prospective students about our courses, and converting leads into successful admissions. The role requires strong communication, follow-up skills, and the ability to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, WhatsApp, and online inquiries from prospective students
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, fees, and batch schedules
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective follow-ups
- Maintain daily enquiry, follow-up, and admission records in CRM / Excel / Odoo
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
- Assist in student onboarding and batch coordination
- Provide accurate information about training programs and career opportunities
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate / Post Graduate (Any Stream)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Confident in telecalling and counselling activities
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Basic understanding of the skill-development or digital education industry(Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, Video Editing, UI/UX, Web Development, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Positive attitude, confident personality, and team-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
