ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR
About This Role:
InfiMed Solutions is looking for a full time Accounting Coordinator - Excellent English Communication. The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the company’s financial operations by managing accounts payable, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with reporting and compliance activities. This role ensures the integrity of financial data, timely processing of vendor payments, and contributes to financial visibility through reporting and dashboard development. The Accounting Coordinator will also collaborate with external accounting partners to support tax compliance and continuously improve internal accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing and Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently perform daily data entry of all incoming invoices from various vendors into the designated accounting software.
- Accounts Payable Management: Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including meticulous auditing of invoices for accuracy and adherence to company policies, and ensuring timely processing of payments to vendors.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis reports, providing insightful overviews of the company's financial performance as required by management.
- Financial Dashboard Development: Design and maintain a dynamic financial dashboard to enhance visibility of key financial metrics for management decision-making.
- Tax Compliance Assistance and Learning: Collaborate with the company's external accounting firm to assist in the preparation and filing of all required federal, state, and local taxes in the US, actively learning the associated processes and regulations.
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development and Process Improvement: Create detailed SOPs for all accounting-related tasks and proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- License and Compliance Management: Manage all necessary business licenses, including sales tax permits and Secretary of State (SOS) filings, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Tax Filing Support: Provide support during quarterly and annual tax preparation processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required documentation.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in US Accounting, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software systems.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
