Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in screening candidates, building pipelines, and creating a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Post job openings on various job boards, social media, and internal platforms
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Assist in crafting job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and job fair planning when needed
- Track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
