What you’ll be doing:
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when needed
- Process orders, returns, service requests, or account updates
- Provide product, pricing, and delivery information
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical support
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
- Support customer satisfaction and service quality targets
