Role Overview:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, training, and compliance with labor laws. This role is key to supporting our HR team and ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation.
· Employee Relations:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee’s HR-related queries.
- Support the resolution of employee conflicts and concerns.
- Help maintain positive working relationships and a healthy work environment.
· Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in employee development and performance improvement plans.
· Training & Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.
- Track and report on training progress and employee participation.
· HR Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies, legal requirements, and regulations.
- Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics as needed.
· Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping of employee attendance, leave, and payroll data.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role (preferred).
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
