Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with experience in property sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Required Skills
