Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Learning & Development (L&D) Fresher to support the design, coordination, and delivery of employee training programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, organizing, and scheduling training programs.

Coordinate with trainers, employees, and departments for training logistics.

Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and training reports.

Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

Collect and analyze training feedback from participants.

Update Learning Management System (LMS) records and training databases.

Prepare training materials, presentations, and communication emails.

Track employee learning progress and certification records.

Support employee engagement and development initiatives.
Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.
