Job Role:-
Design Management:
- Lead and review architectural, structural, and MEP design coordination for projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and internal teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Review drawings, layouts, and technical documents before submission.
Liaisoning & Approvals:
- Handle Liaisoning with statutory authorities, municipal bodies, and government departments.
- Ensure timely submission and approval of drawings, plans, and documents.
- Track approval timelines and resolve queries raised by authorities.
- Maintain records of all approvals, sanctions, and correspondence.
Coordination & Compliance:
- Coordinate with project, planning, and execution teams for smooth project progress.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety norms.
- Support management in resolving regulatory and approval-related issues.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare MIS reports on design progress, approval status, and compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of all design and liaisoning records.
