We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Convert leads into successful sales while meeting monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle lead generation and closing independently.
- Prior sales experience in digital/creative industry is a plus.
