Job Title: Child Behavioral Therapist
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, and highly skilled "Child Behavioral Therapist" to join our clinical team. In this role, you will work directly with children facing a variety of behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify specific triggers, functions of behavior, and developmental barriers. Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans (ITPs) tailored to the unique needs of each child.
- Direct Intervention: Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices (such as ABA, CBT, or play therapy techniques) to address emotional regulation, social communication, and adaptive functioning.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Maintain rigorous, objective documentation of session progress, behavioral data, and goal attainment to track efficacy and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Family Collaboration & Coaching: Partner closely with parents and caregivers. Provide education, support, and practical strategies to help families maintain therapeutic progress in the home and community environments.
- Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including school staff, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and pediatricians, to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care.
- Crisis Management: Effectively de-escalate challenging behaviors using safe, ethical, and approved therapeutic holds or redirection techniques when necessary to ensure the safety of the child and others.
- Professional Development: Maintain current knowledge of the latest research, ethics, and best practices in child behavioral psychology.
Qualifications:-
- Education: Bachelor's/Diploma Course/Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a closely related field.
- Licensure/Certification: Relevant licensure/certification (e.g., Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor or equivalent).
- Experience: A minimum of 1+ year of clinical experience working with children in a therapeutic setting. Experience with neurodivergent populations (including ASD and ADHD) is strongly desired.
Skills: -
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and family collaboration.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and objective during high-stress behavioral incidents.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
