Job Overview:
Fist Innovations Private Limited is hiring skilled Freelancers who can deliver high-impact business consulting on a flexible schedule, connecting clients with . Work independently while leveraging our technical team support to drive revenue through client acquisition and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business models, problems, and goals through discovery calls and assessments
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation & automation within client operations
- Recommend tailored IT solutions (apps, ERP, websites, AI systems, automation) from our portfolio
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and live solution demos
- Prepare proposals in coordination with the technical team
- Convert leads into long-term business relationships
- Build strategic partnerships and referral networks
- Track pipeline, conversions, and revenue targets
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing client accounts or delivering consulting projects
- Proficiency in CRM tools, proposal writing, and pipeline management
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Preferred:
- Experience in digital transformation consulting.
- Existing network of business contacts in Kerala or relevant industries.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
