Techno-Functional Expertise: Provide end-to-end techno-functional support for the Procure-to-Pay
(P2P) lifecycle in both Oracle R12 and Oracle Fusion.
- Integration Development and Maintenance(Must have): Design, develop, and maintain robust
integrations utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) architecture, monitoring, and error handling
methodologies.
- API Management: Work extensively with REST and SOAP APIs for Oracle applications, specifically to
support the P2P lifecycle, including invoice import processes.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging: Trace, analyze, and resolve complex issues and process gaps,
focusing on AP Invoices and Expense reports. This includes debugging OIC integration failures (e.g.,
missing Chart of Accounts or data validation issues).
- Database Development (Must have): Utilize advanced PL/SQL skills for data analysis, custom
reporting, and interface development.
- Testing and Validation: Create detailed and comprehensive test cases for various transactions,
including invoices and expense reports.
- Business Intelligence and Reporting: Develop and maintain BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher)
reports for P2P processes and financial analysis.
- System Knowledge & Documentation: Understand key differences and limitations between Oracle
Fusion and Oracle R12, such as in Payables, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Oracle Techno-Functional & P2P Expertise
- Strong hands-on techno-functional experience with Oracle R12 (EBS) and Oracle Fusion.
- In-depth understanding of the end-to-end P2P lifecycle, including Purchasing (PO), Accounts Payable
(AP), and Expense management.
- Clear functional knowledge of matching concepts (2-way, 3-way, 4-way), accounting, accruals
(GRNI/accrual process), and exception handling (invoice holds/release).
- Functional and technical knowledge of Oracle expense report processes, including understanding API
constraints (e.g., partial rejection/return functionality).
- Awareness of key differences and limitations between Oracle Fusion and Oracle R12, particularly in
Payables, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Workflow.
2. Integration & Technical Depth
- Proven expertise in OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), including architecture, monitoring, and error handling
for large volumes of data.
- Experience with advanced error handling concepts like retry logic, fault handling, and idempotency.
- Expertise in using REST and SOAP APIs for P2P processes, including handling mandatory fields,
duplicate records, and reconciliation approaches.
- Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, debugging, and tracing data flow from the UI to the database (e.g.,
knowledge of key PO/AP tables).
- Proficiency in developing Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) reports for financial and operational
reporting.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
