Job Purpose:
Lead end-to-end commercial interior design projects from client briefing through execution, ensuring functional, innovative and buildable solutions delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
· Meet clients, understand business needs and prepare design briefs.
· Develop space planning, layouts, concepts, mood boards and material palettes.
· Prepare presentations, 2D drawings, 3D models and renderings.
· Coordinate with MEP, structural, procurement and execution teams.
· Prepare BOQs, specifications and material schedules.
· Review shop drawings and resolve site design issues.
· Attend site visits and monitor design compliance.
· Manage multiple projects and design timelines.
· Support value engineering without compromising quality.
· Mentor junior designers and review their outputs.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's in Interior Design or Architecture.
· Experience in Commercial interiors- From Design concept to visualization.
Technical Skills:
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape/Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, BOQ preparation.
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
