Technical Skills
- Execution of Fire Fighting Systems as per approved drawings:
- Hydrant System
- Sprinkler System
- Pump Room Installation
- Fire Water Storage Tanks
- Knowledge of IS Codes, NBC, NFPA, and relevant Fire Safety Standards.
- Hydraulic calculations and pressure testing procedures.
- Material inspection, verification, and quality assurance.
- Preparation and review of MIRs, Fit-up Reports, Installation Reports, and Inspection Requests.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for drawing review and mark-ups.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
- Understanding of testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.
Project Management & Site Execution
- Site planning and execution as per approved schedule.
- Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly work schedules.
- Raising material indents based on project priorities and construction sequence.
- Monitoring manpower productivity and subcontractor performance.
- Ensuring work execution as per approved drawings, method statements, and Quality Assurance Plans (QAP).
- Conducting site inspections and coordinating consultant/client inspections Via meeting at offices and Mail communication
- Maintaining project documentation and records.
- Preparing joint measurement sheets and billing support documents.
- Monitoring project progress and identifying delays or risks.
- Ensuring timely closure of punch points and Non-Conformities (NCs).
Coordination & Communication
- Coordination with clients, consultants, architects, and project management teams.
- Attending weekly progress meetings and preparing MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Resolving technical queries and site issues.
- Coordinating with procurement, stores, and planning departments.
- Supporting project managers in achieving project milestones.
Reporting Responsibilities
- Submission of Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Weekly progress updates to management and clients.
- Material consumption and reconciliation reports.
- Testing and commissioning reports.
- Site issue and risk reports.
- Resource and manpower deployment reports.

Pay: ₹10,783.96 - ₹37,967.79 per month
