Full Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive specializing in Industrial Safety Equipment and PPE. If you have experience in industrial B2B sales and know how to pitch to factories and manufacturing units, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Sales & Prospecting: Identify and pitch to new B2B clients and manufacturing plants across Delhi-NCR.
- Client Relationships: Meet with Plant Heads, EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Managers, and Procurement teams to understand their safety requirements.
- Product Demos: Conduct on-site factory visits to demonstrate safety products, highlighting durability and standard certifications.
- Sales Closure: Prepare quotes, negotiate prices, close deals, and ensure timely payment collections.
- Account Management: Maintain regular contact with existing corporate clients to secure repeat orders.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Industrial Safety Equipment, PPE Sales, or Factory Supply Sales.
- Basic Compliance: Familiarity with industrial safety products and standard certifications (IS, CE, etc.) is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily field and factory visits.
Experience:
- B2B Field Sales: 1 -3 yearS (Required)
- Industrial Safety / PPE / Factory Supply Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Two-wheeler & Valid Driving License (Required)
