Core Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Motivation: Driving, coaching, and motivating a team to meet daily/monthly sales, call volume, or claim processing targets.
- Performance Management: Conducting regular performance reviews, quality audits, and monitoring KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to improve productivity.
- Training & Development: Providing product knowledge training, sales techniques, and skill development to team members.
- Operations Oversight: Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including managing schedules, attendance (shrinkage), and workflow delegation.
- Escalation Management: Serving as the first point of contact for complex, sensitive, or high-value customer inquiries and complaints.
- Compliance: Ensuring all team activities adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.
