Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other applicable laws
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards
Lead internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
Monitor cash flow, working capital, budgeting, and forecasting
Strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and risk management practices
Ensure timely vendor payments, reconciliations, and accounting accuracy
Support leadership with strategic financial planning and business analysis
Handle payroll accounting, compliance filings, and financial documentation
Drive process improvements and automation within finance functions
Mandatory Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance – Mandatory
Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Finance Controlling/Accounting: 3 years (Required)
