Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Referral Network Development
● Identify, approach, and onboard new referring doctors — neurologists, psychiatrists, PMR specialists, and multi-specialty physicians — within the assigned territory.
● Maintain an accurate, up-to-date CRM record of all active referral sources.
● Drive monthly and annual rTMS lead generation against target, across all assigned rTMS Machines.
2. Revenue Generation from Referrals (Location-wise)
● Own referral-driven patient conversion and revenue delivery for each assigned rTMS Machine, each carrying its own credited revenue target.
● Track and report location-wise revenue achievement against annual targets on a monthly basis.
3. Relationship Management
● Sustain strong, active relationships with existing referring doctors to protect quarterly retention.
● Complete monthly in-person engagement visits with all active referring doctors in the assigned territory.
4. Outreach & Events
● Support planning and on-ground execution of the annual outreach calendar — webinars, KOL centre visits, NFB campaigns, and community events targeting Neurology, Psychiatry, and PMR specialties.
● Log every activity (date, location, specialty, participants, referrals generated) and help track completion against the FY plan.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
