Job Description
CMS IT Services is hiring a Cluster Engineer L1 to provide onsite IT support across assigned retail locations. The role involves troubleshooting desktops, POS systems, printers, kiosks, and network devices to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support for retail infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, POS terminals, kiosks, printers, and scanners.
- Support Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
- Perform hardware installation, replacement, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure timely ticket closure.
