Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
- Maximum Age: 35 years
- Fluent verbal communication skills in Bengali and Hindi
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Meet assigned productivity and performance targets.
