Job Description: Executive – Real Estate
Industry: Real Estate
Experience: 1- 2 Years (Real Estate experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (Sales, Sales Manager, Sales Director etc.
- Sourcing candidates through portals, referrals, and social media
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
- Employee onboarding, joining formalities & documentation
- Handling attendance, leave management, and HR MIS
- Payroll coordination and basic HR operations
- Managing employee relations and resolving HR-related queries
- Handling exit formalities and full & final settlements
Required Skills:
- Strong hiring experience in Real Estate sector
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Knowledge of recruitment portals
- Understanding of HR policies
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple positions
- MS Excel & HR MIS knowledge
- Employee Enagegement
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in a Real Estate
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Immediate or short notice period preferred
