Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Branch Head in daily branch operations.
- Support business targets and branch performance.
- Supervise branch staff and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer queries and provide good service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial sector preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- 1-2 Year experience with NBFC
