About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Executive - Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires the best talent to meet its growing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Identify recruitment needs and create job descriptions in collaboration with department heads.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
- Screening and Shortlisting:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability for roles.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide interview feedback and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Database Management:
- Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and recruitment records.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice through job postings, social media, and other platforms.
- Recruitment Metrics:
- Track and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job portals.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
