We are looking for a Technical Associate – Zoho & Systems who knows the Zoho ecosystem well, communicates clearly, and can own the implementation process from discovery to go-live. This is a client-facing role. You will be in conversations; leading demos; assessing requirements; and ensuring implementations actually work, not just technically, but for the business using them.

What You Will Do
Zoho Implementation & Configuration End-to-end implementation of Zoho applications across client engagements, setup, configuration, customisation, and deployment. You own the process, not just a part of it.
Demos & Pre-Sales Support Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients. Understand what they need before the demo, present what matters, and handle questions confidently.
Needs Assessment Sit with clients, understand their business processes, map their requirements, and translate that into a workable Zoho implementation plan. This is not a back-office role.
Client Coordination & Communication Be the point of contact for clients during implementation. Manage timelines, set expectations, follow up, and ensure the engagement moves forward. Clear, professional communication is non-negotiable here.
Zoho Books & Finance Module Expertise Deep working knowledge of Zoho Books, chart of accounts, invoicing, banking, reconciliation, taxes, and reporting. Understanding of how finance processes map to Zoho's structure is essential.
Automation & Workflow Design Build and configure workflows, custom functions, and automation within Zoho applications. Understand the logic behind automation, not just the clicks.
Cross-application integration work across Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho People, and other Zoho applications as needed. Understand how data and processes flow between them.
Training & Handover Train client teams on the systems you implement. Ensure they can use what you've built and that it sticks.
What We Are Looking For
Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and the broader Zoho ecosystem, including but not limited to Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Creator.
Understanding of accounting and finance fundamentals. You don't need to be a CA, but you need to understand how a business's books work to implement Zoho Books properly.
Experience conducting client-facing demos and requirement discussions. You should be comfortable leading a conversation, not just supporting one.
Ability to assess a client's business process and recommend the right Zoho configuration, not just what they asked for, but what they actually need.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Client coordination means emails, calls, documentation, and follow-ups, all of it needs to be clear and professional.
Automation-first mindset. Before building anything manual, you should be asking whether it can be automated.
Zoho certifications are a plus. Prior experience at a Zoho Partner firm is a strong advantage.
Who Should Apply
Candidates with 1 to 3 years of hands-on Zoho implementation experience. Freshers with exceptional Zoho knowledge and strong communication skills will also be considered. Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
