## Medical Representative (MR) – Job Description # Medical Representative (MR) – Job Description ### Position **Medical Representative (MR)** ### Department Sales & Marketing ### Job Location As per company requirement ### Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented **Medical Representative (MR)** to promote and sell pharmaceutical/healthcare products to doctors, medical professionals, pharmacies, and other healthcare customers. ### Key Responsibilities * Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals regularly. * Promote company products and explain their features, benefits, and usage. * Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Generate new business and maintain existing customers. * Conduct product presentations and doctor calls effectively. * Collect market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback. * Maintain daily visit reports and sales records. * Ensure timely order collection and follow-up. * Work efficiently within the assigned territory. ### Eligibility * **Education:** Graduate preferred; B.Sc./B.Pharm/ or relevant qualification. * **Experience:** Fresher or experienced candidates can apply. * Experience in **pharmaceutical/medical sales or field sales** will be an advantage. * Good communication and convincing skills. * Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. * Target-oriented and self-motivated. ### Required Skills * Good communication skills * Sales & negotiation skills * Relationship-building skills * Basic knowledge of MS Office/reporting * Good presentation skills * Ability to work independently in the field ### Salary & Benefits * Competitive salary as per experience and company policy. * Performance-based incentives. * Travel/TA allowance as per company policy. * Career growth opportunities. ### Working Profile **Field Sales / Doctor Visit / Pharmacy Visit / Territory Management**
