Job Summary:
The Personal Secretary is responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, maintaining records, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of the Vice Chairperson's activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (often preferred).
- 1 - 5 years of proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software such as:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Google Workspace
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
