About the Role
We are hiring experienced Machine Learning Engineers to design, train, optimize, and deploy Small Language Models (SLMs) for enterprise AI applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Transformer Architectures, Model Optimization, and Production AI Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Small Language Models (SLMs) and domain-specific AI models.
- Train, fine-tune, and optimize transformer-based models.
- Build datasets, training pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
- Implement model optimization techniques such as quantization, pruning, distillation, and compression.
- Deploy and scale AI models in production environments.
- Support RAG, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, Search, and Recommendation systems.

- Strong expertise in NLP, Transformers, and Language Models.
- Strong foundations in Probability, Statistics, Linear Algebra, and Optimization.
- Experience handling large-scale datasets and training pipelines.
Preferred Experience
- Training models from scratch.
- SLM development for enterprise applications.
- RLHF, DPO, ORPO, or alignment techniques.
- RAG systems and Vector Databases.
- Multimodal AI systems.
- AI research publications, patents, or open-source contributions.
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
