Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons as per CBSE guidelines. Teach subjects such as History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, and related Social Science topics based on the classes assigned. Prepare annual plans, lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and teaching aids. Conduct periodic assessments, examinations, and evaluations. Analyze student performance and provide constructive feedback. Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations and competitive examinations, where applicable. Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction. Encourage discussions, debates, projects, and research-based learning. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. Keep accurate records of attendance, marks, and academic progress. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development. Participate actively in staff meetings, workshops, training programmes, and school events. Undertake examination duties and other responsibilities assigned by the school management.
