Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and reminders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave management, and resolve employee concerns.
- Handle courier bookings, pickups, and distribution.
- Maintain physical and digital records, documents, reports, and presentations.
- Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems and processes.
- Liaise with employees, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Manage expense records and support financial documentation.
- Oversee stationery inventory and office supply requirements.
- Act as the first point of contact for correspondence and phone calls.
- Follow up on tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
