Job purpose:
Production and Despatch Planning for the National Production Centres across the country, CSD SKUs across the country and managing the Inter-Regional movements.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Focus Areas: Stock Norms adherence, Improving Case File Rate, Driving Actions for Production Plan adherence, Work Closely on Cost Reduction targets by effective truck utilization and direct despatches, Ensuring the rollout of APO SNP Plans.
- Translate Operating forecast into production plans; plan, prioritize and monitor the distribution of finished goods; Streamline Material planning and optimal inventory holding; formulate strategies for sourcing and distribution. Ensuring availability of the right stocks at the right time and the right place.
- Lead the Sales and Operations Planning Meeting for the West Region;facilitate the process to arrive at a consensus Sales Objective for the month. Provide Supply Visibility from the available capacities and share the final plan with Sales/Commercial/ Brands etc. Review Production Plan and approve before deployment.
- Set out the policy for FG, RM/PM inventory norms on a periodic basis and provide the same as inputs for budgeting working capital requirements. Ensure stock norms adherence and driving corrective actions by collaborating with Regional Manufacturing Teams. If the regional supplies are insufficient, additional supplies coordination from other regions is to be initiated. Also the responsibility to plan the dispatches to other regions exists with this role.
- Confirmation of SKU wise factory wise Production Plan, by getting into APO SNP masters and getting the capacity masters corrected on time.
- Monitor the implementation of the Continuous Replenishment Process from Plans to Depots. Provide direction and approval for actions on issues and escalated, related to buffer re- sizing, item classification, disposal of ageing stocks etc.
- Review SOP sustenance across the West Region. Execute the Plans to increase/ decrease/ realign available depot space.Good understanding Planning and Logistics Processes.

- Inventory Planning & Management.
- Capacity/Production Planning, Budgeting and Material Planning. Exposure to SAP and APO is desirable.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
