Relationship Manager – Matchmaking
Awtar Matrimonial is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager – Matchmaking to manage premium matrimonial clients and families and provide personalized matchmaking services.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with clients and families.
- Understand matrimonial preferences and family requirements.
- Identify and recommend suitable profiles.
- Coordinate introductions and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with clients.
- Handle client information with complete confidentiality.
- Maintain updated client records.
- Ensure client satisfaction and successful matchmaking.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, matchmaking, premium client servicing, hospitality, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Confident, presentable, mature, and professional.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Empathetic, trustworthy, and result-oriented.
- Comfortable dealing with premium families and NRI clients.
