ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To keep the motivational standards of team high at all times.

To plan & monitor deployment of Housekeeping staff

To ensure quality standards of cleanliness of entire premises

To ensure grooming & hygiene standards of all staff
-
To indent and ensure availability of linen, uniforms, stationary and other non-medical supplies
-
To maintain inventory of linen, uniforms , other supplies and discards.

To ensure adherence to linen/uniform specifications.

To observe all rules and procedures in respect of Hygiene, Health and Safety and Fire Prevention.

To responsible for: Customer amenities, Interior decoration, Laundry/Linen, Pest control, Waste Management.

To allocate duties to Housekeeping staff.

To inspect & audit Vendors to ensure standards of hygiene, cleanliness & maintenance are met.

To provide Training to all Housekeeping staff.

To track Expenses and Control Costs

To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.

To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.

To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.

To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area

To Comply with patient safety policy
-
To ensure safe utilization of equipments and proper waste disposal system.
Experience & Qualifications
-
02 to 04 years of relevant experience
-
Healthcare is preferable
-
Graduate / Postgraduate
