Job Description:
We are looking for a highly driven Sales and Marketing Manager to spearhead our institutional and corporate marketing operations. The ideal candidate will craft and execute growth-oriented strategies, build strong client partnerships, and enhance brand visibility within the fire and security systems industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive institutional and corporate sales.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle client requirements and ensure timely project execution.
- Support management in achieving overall sales and revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in institutional or B2B environments.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
