Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive company growth through effective sales and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
· Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
· Meet retailers, distributors, and business partners to promote company products and services.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Prepare and deliver presentations and business proposals to clients.
· Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
· Travel within assigned territories for business development activities.

Qualification & Experience
MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is also acceptable.2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, FMCG, E-Commerce, or related industries.Experience in field sales and customer acquisition is preferred.
