Job Summary
DailyGong Financial Service Limited is looking for an experienced, target-driven, and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to lead and manage a team of Relationship Officers while actively contributing to business development.
This is a leadership plus individual sales role. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, opening Demat & Trading Accounts, promoting financial products, and ensuring the team consistently achieves monthly business targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales experience, and a good understanding of financial markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–8 Relationship Officers.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs for the team.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, motivation, and performance feedback.
- Conduct product, sales, and process training sessions to improve team productivity.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads and high-quality customer interactions.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and achievement of business goals within the team.
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through calling, referrals, networking, field activities, and digital channels.
- Acquire new customers and open Demat & Trading Accounts.
- Promote and sell financial products including Equity, Mutual Funds, and other investment solutions.
- Drive the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Support team members in closing high-value and complex sales opportunities.
- Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and improve client retention.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the company's financial products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Educate customers about trading platforms, investment opportunities, and financial products.
Operations & Reporting
- Track daily sales activities and team performance through CRM.
- Ensure accurate customer documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory guidelines (SEBI, NSE & BSE).
Required Skills
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of Stock Market and Financial Markets.
- Understanding of Demat & Trading Accounts.
- Knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, Mutual Funds, NSE, BSE, and SEBI regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, CRM tools, and computer applications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
