You will be part of a collaborative and purpose-led environment, working closely with cross-functional teams such as digital sales, academic excellence, marketing, and product teams. The role provides exposure to both traditional and digital education solutions, making it dynamic and future-focused.
Opportunity –
In this role, you will:
Plan and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Drive product promotion and ensure aggressive outreach of educational titles in the schools segment
Focus on retention and growth of market share within the territory
Build strong relationships with schools, including school heads and teachers across private and public institutions
Deliver value-added services such as workshops and educational engagement activities
Execute sales plans effectively in the market to achieve business objectives
Ensure timely and faster collections while managing accounts and tracking monthly collection targets
Provide excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels
Work closely with internal stakeholders across digital sales, operations, academic excellence, marketing, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions

About You
Essential Criteria
Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Good market knowledge of the assigned region
Strong solution-oriented sales approach, with exposure to digital products/solutions
Ability to manage sales targets, collections, and customer relationships effectively
Desirable Criteria
Understanding and appreciation of the school education ecosystem, including its structure, environment, and key challenges
