Role Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Developer with around 2 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and supporting eCommerce applications on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The candidate should have good knowledge of SFCC architecture, storefront customization, integrations, and web development technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize storefront features using Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud / Demandware.
- Work with SFRA, controllers, pipelines, cartridges, ISML templates, scripts, and jobs.
- Build and maintain reusable cartridges and custom site functionality.
- Implement integrations with payment gateways, tax services, shipping providers, OMS, CRM, and third-party APIs.
- Debug and fix production issues related to storefront, checkout, catalog, promotions, and order flows.
- Work on catalog, product, pricing, inventory, promotions, and content configurations in Business Manager.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, bug fixing, and release activities.
- Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and SFCC best practices.
- Support deployment activities using UX Studio, VS Code, Git, and CI/CD tools.
Required Skills
- Around 2 years of experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud development.
- Good understanding of SFRA architecture and cartridge-based development.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ISML, JSON, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of controllers, models, services framework, hooks, jobs, and OCAPI.
- Hands-on experience with Business Manager configurations.
- Familiarity with Git, Jira, Agile/Scrum, and deployment processes.
- Basic understanding of eCommerce concepts such as cart, checkout, payment, order management, promotions, catalog, and inventory.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and write clean, maintainable code.
Good to Have
- Experience with Page Designer and content slot management.
- Knowledge of SCAPI / OCAPI.
- Experience integrating payment gateways, OMS, ERP, or CRM systems.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and release management.
- Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer certification is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and web performance optimization.
Pay: ₹378,062.70 - ₹519,829.53 per year
