About the Role
makeO Skinnsi is looking for an experienced and passionate Cosmetologist Doctor to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in advanced aesthetic and cosmetology procedures, possess excellent patient consultation skills, and be committed to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
We are looking for candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive skin and hair consultations for patients.
Perform aesthetic procedures including:
HydraFacial
Laser Hair Reduction
Chemical Peels
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
Mesotherapy
Microneedling Radio Frequency (MNRF)
Dermaroller
Q-Switch Laser
CO₂ Laser
Non-Ablative Radio Frequency Facelift
Customize treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient requirements.
Perform offline clinical assessments and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products.
Conduct online consultations whenever required.
Provide medical supervision for home service sessions and guide therapists remotely.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic.
Train and supervise therapists in performing Laser Hair Reduction, HydraFacial, Chemical Peels, and other aesthetic procedures while maintaining clinical quality and safety standards.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and hygiene standards.
Deliver an excellent patient experience through effective communication and follow-up care.
Eligibility Criteria
BHMS / BAMS / MBBS / BDS qualification.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a cosmetology, aesthetic, dermatology, or skin clinic.
Hands-on expertise in aesthetic procedures including Laser Hair Reduction, HydraFacial, PRP, Chemical Peels, CO₂ Laser, Q-Switch Laser, Dermaroller, MNRF, Mesotherapy, and Non-Ablative RF treatments.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counselling skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Passionate about aesthetics, customer satisfaction, and clinical excellence.
Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
Working Hours
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: Rotational week off
Please Note: Saturdays and Sundays are regular working days. Weekly offs are not provided on weekends.
