Job Summary: We are looking for motivated Junior Officers to join our team immediately. Your primary focus will be driving growth in our Gold Loan portfolio and mobilizing fresh deposits (Fixed, Cumulative, Recurring, and Savings Deposits).
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Actively promote and Increase Gold Loan products to new and existing customers.
- Qualification: Any Degree.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome, or candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in Gold Loans, Nidhi companies, NBFCs, or Banking.
- Skills: Strong communication, sales-oriented mindset, and basic knowledge of financial products.
- Deposit Mobilization: Identify and connect with potential clients to collect fresh deposits (FD, CD, RD, and SD).
- Customer Relationship: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Operational Support: Assist in the appraisal and processing of gold loans and deposit documentation
Work Schedule & Benefits:
- Timings: 9:15 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Monthly 2nd and 4th Saturdays are half-days only working,
- Leave Policy: After confirmation CL, PL, and SL available.
- Statutory Benefits: ESI, PF, and Annual Bonus provided.
