We are seeking a skilled and proactive Python Developer to support and enhance our school’s digital infrastructure. The role involves developing, maintaining, and integrating Python-based applications, including ERP, data automation, and back end systems that streamline academic and administrative operations.

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and scripts for school systems.

Integrate and customize ERP modules (such as ERPNext or similar platforms).

Automate routine data processes like report generation, attendance tracking, and student record management.

Collaborate with the IT and academic teams to identify system improvement needs.

Develop APIs and integrate third-party tools (LMS, payment gateways, etc.).

Troubleshoot technical issues and perform debugging or database optimization.

Maintain proper documentation of system changes and application processes.

Ensure data security and compliance with institutional IT policies.

Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (Django / Flask).

Experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).

Understanding of REST APIs and JSON/XML data handling.

Familiarity with ERPNext or school ERP systems (preferred).

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple priorities in a school setting.

Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience as a Python Developer (experience in educational setups preferred).
