Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Business Development & Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals for our digital services.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold calls, Zoom demos, client meetings, and in-person discussions, especially within the APAC market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for custom web, mobile, IoT, and AI solutions
- Prospect and engage potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, Zoom meetings, and in-person meetings
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitors
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to propose tailored solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and basic RFP responses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Follow up on leads consistently and manage the sales pipeline
- Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring long-term client satisfaction
- Track and report sales activity, lead status, and forecasts to management
- Stay updated on trends in web, mobile apps, IoT, ecommerce, and AI technologies
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales (technology preferred)
- Understanding of web, mobile, IoT, and software solutions
- Experience in lead generation, pre-sales, outreach, and RFP analysis
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and should be comfortable working towards goals and performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
