Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through effective bidding, client acquisition, and relationship management. The role requires strong expertise in online bidding platforms, proposal drafting, and market research, with a focus on IT services such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Automation, and Smart City solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with excellent communication and negotiation skills to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company’s expansion in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bidding activities on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and government e-tender portals.
- Draft, customize, and submit proposals in alignment with client requirements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services and Smart City solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, digital outreach, and industry events.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations and support brand positioning.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through effective client acquisition and deal closure.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development with proven expertise in bidding for IT services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of IT solutions including AI, Blockchain, Automation, and Smart City technologies.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, government e-tenders).
- Familiarity with IT service domains such as AI, Blockchain, Automation, and Smart City solutions.
- Experience with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prepare technical and financial proposals.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
