Job Opening: B2C Voice Process – Australian Voice Process
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi-110034
> Work Mode: Work From Office
> Shift Timing: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Australian Business Hours)
> Working Days: Monday to Saturday (5.5 Days/Week)
> Weekly Off: Sunday (fixed off)
Role Summary:
We are hiring experienced professionals for a B2C appointment generation role in the Australian Solar domain. This is a full-time, voice-based position focused on cold calling and lead generation for Australian business clients. Highly preferred candidates with prior experience in Australian B2C/B2B calling will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound B2C cold calls to generate qualified leads and appointments
Engage with Australian residential & business clients and make them aware about Solar Rebates given by Australian government
Maintain accurate call records and lead tracking
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistently
Work collaboratively with internal teams to align on campaign goals
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months experience in Australian B2C/B2B voice process/ Freshers are also eligible with good communication skills
* Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
*Proven ability in lead generation and appointment setting
* Ability to work in a performance-driven environment aligned with Australian time zones
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: Fixed from 15k to 40k
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentive structure
One-way cab (within hiring zone)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
