Orange Smith Gold & Diamonds is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Senior Sales Executives and Sales Executives to join our growing team in Velachery, Chennai. If you have a passion for jewellery sales, excellent customer service skills, and experience in the jewellery retail industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery collections.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and billing procedures.
- Maintain product displays and ensure showroom presentation standards.
- Assist in stock management and inventory checks.
- Follow company policies and deliver outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the jewellery retail industry.
- Experience in gold, diamond, and silver jewellery sales is preferred.
- Customer-focused with strong sales abilities.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Higher Secondary/Diploma/Any Degree.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
- English communication skills are preferred.
