We are looking for a creative, performance-driven, and highly motivated Social Media Manager to lead FITISTAN’s digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in social media strategy, content creation, influencer marketing, community management, and performance marketing to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
Job Description
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing FITISTAN’s social media ecosystem. You will work closely with the founders, marketing team, creators, and partners to build impactful campaigns, grow our online community, and generate measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Plan, manage, and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Create engaging content including reels, videos, stories, carousels, graphics, and user-generated content (UGC) campaigns.
- Ideate, script, coordinate, and oversee content production and social media shoots.
- Manage day-to-day social media operations including content publishing, audience engagement, community management, and reputation management.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Lead influencer marketing campaigns from influencer identification and outreach to negotiation, execution, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with fitness influencers, athletes, creators, and brand partners to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on awareness, engagement, lead generation, app downloads, and conversions.
- Track and improve campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Manage advertising budgets and recommend strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze social media and advertising performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools.
- Generate leads and support user acquisition, community growth, and business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for management and leadership teams.
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of experience in social media and marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and social media best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and performance marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, InShot, or similar platforms.
- Experience in content planning, copywriting, storytelling, and content production.
- Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and creator partnership management.
- Understanding of social media analytics, audience insights, reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, and similar platforms for content ideation and productivity enhancement.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable marketing decisions.
- Passion for fitness, health, wellness, sports, and community-driven brands is highly preferred.
