- Manage the Performance Management System for the company
- Partner in Talent Management process, Succession Planning & Organization Design initiatives
- Plan & deliver learning programs across hierarchy in the company
- Implement Leadership Development Program (LDP), Manager Development Program (MDP), Associate Development Program (ADP)
- Liaise with recruitment team for administering appropriate inventory when hiring senior leaders.
- Develop & manage the employee orientation & induction program
- Conceptualize, implement employee communication programs
- Lead Employee engagement programs
- Lead Employee branding initiatives
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,414.20 per month
