Senior Electronics Design Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Electronic Design Engineer to lead the design, development, and validation of advanced electronic systems. This role requires deep technical expertise in circuit design, PCB layout, and hardware prototyping, along with demonstrated leadership capabilities to manage and guide the electronics design team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, production-ready designs aligned with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
● Academic qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical / Electronic Engineering / Product Design / Industrial Design or related field
● Preferrable Technical Course
● Years of experience: 3 to 7 years
● Mandatory Expertise in below software:
o Altium
o Orcad
o Kicad
Roles & Responsibilities
● Lead the end-to-end design and development of electronic hardware systems, from concept through production.
● Design, analyze, and optimize analog and digital circuits to meet functional and performance requirements
● Develop, review, and approve schematic designs and PCB layouts, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices
● Oversee PCB layout activities, including component selection, placement, routing, and signal integrity considerations
● Drive prototyping, testing, validation, and debugging of hardware designs to ensure reliability and performance
● Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, and quality standards
● Manage design documentation, including schematics, layout files, BOMs, and test reports
● Provide technical leadership to the electronics design team, including task allocation, mentoring, and performance oversight
● Conduct design reviews and implement continuous improvement in engineering processes and methodologies
● Collaborate cross-functionally with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product integration
● Support transition from design to manufacturing, including design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT)
Software & Design Tool Utilization
● Worked extensively on:
Altium , Orcad, Kicad
Leadership & Coordination
● Mentor junior designers and engineers.
● Coordinate with R&D, electronics, production, and procurement teams.
● Manage project timelines, design reviews, and engineering deliverables.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
