- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential buyers through cold/warm calling, networking, and digital research.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct remote product demos, answer inquiries, and effectively communicate product value to prospects.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and service packages to convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Account Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track metrics, and manage client data in CRM systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams to optimize campaigns and transition high-level leads to outside sales teams when necessary
