Job Summary:
We are seeking a Modern Trade Warehouse Executive to manage warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely order fulfillment for modern trade customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics within the Food & Beverage or retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory control and stock reconciliation.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and warehouse organization.
- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams for efficient order fulfillment.
- Adhere to food safety, quality, and warehouse safety standards.
- Update inventory records using ERP/WMS and MS Excel.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of warehouse experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, quality inspection, stock control, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
